Who doesn't like saving?

Seriously who doesn't like saving? And with being on a budget everyone can use a little extra. I am all for saving, and helping provide things for my family. These are just some things you can easily do and save money without to much effort.

  1.  Couponing
Couponing is a great way to save money for your family and get the things that you need for your family. Here are some sites, and groups I found to help with all this.
  • http://www.ladysavings.com/
   2.  Product Testing

Product testing does require some time. As you have to order the products(this usually requires Amazon prime to get free 2 day shipping), then once it arrives you have to test it out, and then leave a honest review about it on Amazon. Amazon has some strict rules, which can be found HERE. Below are a couple starter sites for you. There are review groups on facebook but the majority of them want you to be fairly versed in reviewing before joining. You can get awesome items some that maybe you needed anyways!

My Body Utopia Review

There are so many harsh chemicals in nearly everything we use anymore, including products we use on ourselves every day like soap and deodorant. Now there are lots of diy ideas out there on the internet but if you are like me you just don't have the time for that kind of thing. Usually I am so busy running around and doing everything under the sun that the very idea of making my own deodorant sounds crazy. Sure you have a few "natural" deodorants in the store as well...but honestly I haven't found one of them that works for me.

My Body Utopia is a different story though. They not only have natural deodorant but they have a pretty nice variety when it comes to scents. Guys never fear! They even have great manly scents for you!

I personally was given the chance to try their Fruity splash deodorant. They come in a very nice sized little stick, making it very easy to use and put on...but it also seems to last for a good long time as well. The scent isn't to over powering but it does smell very nice and really seems to do a good job at keeping me from smelling even on the really hot days.

Along with the Fruity Splash deodorant I was also able to try out their Dude Degreaser soap...or rather my husband was able too. First thing he noticed when he opened the soap was the "manly smell". He said it reminded him of a different, non-natural deodorant that he used to use. However, the best part is it actually does it's job very well and even when my husband spend the day out at the farm fixing the tractors he is usually able to clean up quickly with this. After he was all finished he had no residue left on him from the oil or from the soap itself.

Other than the fact that they are natural, they are also much safer to use, because you have a lot less chance of an allergic reaction. So they are perfect for anyone with sensative skin.

Chocolate Coconut water! Review!

Eating healthy has turned into a main concern for my family. My son loves this stuff! He calls it chocolate milk for some weird reason, but he loves it so I won't complain. Usually for breakfast I will give him about half a cup and then for lunch he gets a cup and for dinner he gets another. He's pretty much hooked now. He will ask for it multiple times through out the day. I am very glad because before this we were a pretty hard core soda family. Lately we have been trying to drink more healthy stuff, and this has really helped on cutting out the bad soda. The chocolate flavor is nice and rich and really gives the coconut water a completely different taste.

Our favorite is freezing this delicious water in his little rocket ship molds and making home made popsicles. Nothing is as good as home made popsicles, and you add the fact that these are pretty healthy for you and you have a sure fire winner.

Coffee Grinder Review!

I paired this awesome coffee grinder with my french press and they are a match made in heaven. My husband works night shifts and where he works they do not have a coffee maker so I got him this coffee grinder and a french press, now he can enjoy fresh coffee whenever he needs it. The grinder itself seems very durable and like itwould lasta good long time. My husband has already accidently knocked it over a couple of times with no issues.

The grinder is very easy to use and the glass makes it a very easy clean, so my husband can just clean it at work and keep it there. He now swearsby this thing, and has repeatidly told meifit ever breaks we are buying a new one right away.

Anti-cellulite Review!

After two kids cellulite became an unfortunate issue for me. My worst areas were certainly my upper legs and my stomach. As most women are, I was ashamed of it and tended to hide it as best I could, but truthfully what person wants to be ashamed of their body? No one! So I started looking for solutions, as everyone knows there are about a million different anti-cellulite creams out there,so shopping for them and finding the right one is definitely overwhelming. What works for one might not work for the other unfortunately.

However this one I found woks great for me. The best part about this cream of course is that it is all natural which is a massive plus for me! The cream is easy to use, you simply squirt a little in your hands and rub it into the desired area. it absorbs fast and doesn't leave any nasty oily residue like I have had some others do in the past.  After about two weeks of use I started noticing a difference in the cellulite, it seems to be fading and becoming lighter. I am very excited to see more results.

Furniture Afterlife

A lot of time I fall behind in the cleaning, given that I have two little ones, dusting is the least of my worries. This furniture polish really helps me keep up with keeping my furniture looking the best it can! It smells really good to begin with, it has a very nice and citrus smell to it, so I don't have to worry about getting headaches from it.

It's very easy to use as well, which is always a good thing. I just spray a little onto a rag and then quickly wipe down my furniture, and in no time at all it is looking and smelling great. This gives the furniture a nice clean shine, and helps keep the dust off of it as well. This bottle will last us a good long time I am sure.

If you are interested in checking this polish out for yourself, you can find it HERE

Toddler pillow and pillow case Review!

My son is terrible with pillows. They usually don't last him a very long time at all. He has ripped his pillows, he has spilled things on it, and so much more. I've been looking for a good alternative that would hold up better to him.

This pillow and pillow case have been exactly what I was looking for. Not only do they hold up pretty well to him and all his playing with them(because come on it's never just a pillow), but this pillow is also super easy to wash which with kids it is ALWAYS a plus! The  pillowcase is just as easy to wash and seems to withstand the dirt extremely well.

The best part of this is that it is perfectly his size. It's smaller than a normal pillow and he loves that it is just his size, fitting great on his toddler bed.

If you are interested in trying them out for yourself the pillow can be found HERE and the pillowcase can be found HERE'
